ThisSite is operated by AnyRoad and has been created to provide information aboutour company and our experience relationship management solution services,mobile applications, and related services (together with the Site, the“Services”). This Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) sets forth AnyRoad’spolicy with respect to information including personally identifiable data(“Personal Data”) and other information that is collected from visitors to theSite and users of the Services (the “Visitors”, or individually, “Visitor”,“you”, and/or “your”). Any discussion of your use of the Service in thisPrivacy Policy is meant to include your visits and other interactions with theSite and Services, whether or not you are a user of AnyRoad’s SaaS product.

VISITORS OUTSIDE OF THE U.S.
Important Information for VisitorsOutside of the U.S. – Transfer of Data
We primarily store data about you,including Personal Data, on servers located and operated within the UnitedStates. If you reside outside of the United States, in order to provide andoperate the Site and Services, we may send and store your Personal Data outsideof the country where you reside or are located, to the United States.Therefore, our collection and use of your Personal is subject to the UnitedStates’ laws related to privacy and use of personal data and information. Theselaws, including what is determined to be “personal data and/or information,”are different and may be less protective than those applicable to you in yourcountry of residence. By accepting the terms of this Privacy Policy, youacknowledge, agree, and consent to (1) the transfer to and processing ofpersonal information on servers located outside of the country where youreside, (2) our collection and use of your personal information as describedherein and in accordance with the laws of the United States that may be differentand may be less protective than those in your country and (3) that you aretaking a risk by using the Site and Services. If your personal information istransferred from the European economic area and/or Switzerland, or the UnitedKingdom to AnyRoad located in the United States, respectively, please see theData Privacy Framework section below.
EU-US Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S.DPF), the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. Data PrivacyFramework (Swiss-U.S. DPF)
AnyRoad complieswith the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF), the UK Extension to theEU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Swiss-U.S. DPF) as setforth by the U.S. Department of Commerce. AnyRoad has certified to the U.S.Department of Commerce that it adheres to the EU-U.S. Data PrivacyFramework (EU-U.S. DPF) and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF withregard to the processing of personal data received from the European Union andthe United Kingdom in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension to theEU-U.S. DPF. AnyRoad has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that itadheres to the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles (Swiss-U.S. DPFPrinciples) with regard to the processing of personal data received fromSwitzerland in reliance on the Swiss-U.S. DPF. If there is any conflict betweenthe terms in this privacy policy and the EU-U.S. Data PrivacyFramework (EU-U.S. DPF), the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, or theSwiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Swiss-U.S. DPF), the Principlesshall govern. Accountabilityfor onward transfers
AnyRoad’s accountability for personaldata that it receives under the EU-U.S. DPF, the UKExtension to the EU-US DPF and Swiss-U.S. DPF and subsequentlytransfers to a third party is described in the EU-U.S.DPF, the UK Extension to the EU-US DPF and Swiss-U.S. DPF Principles. Inparticular, AnyRoad remains responsible and liable under the EU-U.S. DPF , the UK Extension to the EU-US DPF andSwiss-U.S. DPF Principles if third-party agents that it engages to process thepersonal data on its behalf do so in a manner inconsistent with the EU-U.S. DPF, the UK Extension to the EU-US DPF and Swiss-U.S. DPF Principlesunless AnyRoad proves that it is not responsible for the event giving rise tothe damage.
Rightof access
You have a legal right to request thepersonal information about you held by us. On request, we will provide you witha copy of this information. You also have a right to correct, amend or deletesuch personal information where it is inaccurate or has been processed inviolation of the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework(EU-U.S. DPF), the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and theSwiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Swiss-U.S. DPF).
Resolutionof disputes and complaint mechanism
In compliancewith the EU-U.S. DPF, the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and theSwiss-U.S. DPF, AnyRoad commits to resolve DPF Principles-relatedcomplaints about our collection and use of your personal information. EU, UK,and Swiss individuals with inquiries or complaints regarding our handling of personaldata received in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF, the UKExtension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and theSwiss-U.S. DPF should first contact privacy@anyroad.com.
In compliancewith the EU-U.S. DPF, the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and theSwiss-U.S. DPF, AnyRoad commits to cooperate and comply respectively with the adviceof the panel established by the EU data protection authorities (DPAs), the UKInformation Commissioner’s Office (ICO), and the Swiss Federal Data Protectionand Information Commissioner (FDPIC) with regard to unresolved complaintsconcerning our handling of personal data received in reliance on the EU-U.S.DPF, the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. DPF.
If your DPF complaint cannot be resolved through the above channels, undercertain conditions you may invoke binding arbitration for some residual claims not resolved by other redress mechanisms,with respect to personal data received or transferred pursuant to the DataPrivacy Framework.
Enforcement
AnyRoad is subject to the investigatoryand enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
Disclosure of EU, UK, and Swiss personaldata to public authorities and law enforcement agencies
AnyRoad may be required to share yourpersonal information in response to lawful by public authorities, including tomeet national security and law enforcement requirements.
Information We Collect
When you interact with us through theServices, we may collect Personal Data and other information from you, asfurther described below:
1. Personal Data That You ProvideThrough the Services and Offerings
We collect Personal Data from you inconnection with the Services or Offerings when you voluntarily provide suchinformation, such as when you contact us with inquiries, respond to one of oursurveys, register for access to the Services or use certain Services, orpurchase or otherwise obtain admission to an event, tour, or other offeringprovided by certain businesses (the “Offering”), including:
● Your name;
● Address;
● Geographic location of your computer or mobiledevice;
● Phone number;
● Email address;
● Birthday;
● Offering booking requests;
● Offering booking payments;
● Names of any additional guests in connectionwith an Offering;
● Records of any feedback, questions answered,and other communications you send to us;
● Check-ins relating to Offerings; and
● Bank account and other Financial Information(as defined below)
We may also require you to provide uswith your financial information, including billing name, address, and creditcard number (“Financial Information”) in order to use certain features of ourServices or attend any Offerings. We do not store full credit card informationon our servers. We use a third-party vendor, Stripe, to process FinancialInformation and do not retain Financial Information ourselves. Further, AnyRoadmay take and store photos or videos of you taken at the businesses with whichyou are purchasing or otherwise obtaining admission to an Offering.
2. Aggregated Personal Data
In an ongoing effort to betterunderstand and serve the users of the Services, AnyRoad often conducts researchon its customer demographics, interests, and behavior based on the PersonalData and other information provided to us. This data and research may becompiled and analyzed on an aggregate basis (“Aggregated Personal Data”), andAnyRoad may share this Aggregated Personal Data with its affiliates, agents,and business partners. This Aggregated Personal Data does not identify youpersonally. AnyRoad may also disclose Aggregated Personal Data in order todescribe our services to current and prospective business partners, and toother third parties for other lawful purposes.
3. Automatically Collected Information
When you interact with AnyRoad throughthe Services and/or the Site, the various technologies used in connection withthe Services and/or the Site collect and store certain information. Alone or incombination with other information, such automatically collected informationmay constitute Personal Data. This automatically-collected informationincludes:
● IP-address;
● InternetService Provider;
● Yourinteraction with the Site; and
● The sitefrom which you came to the Site and the Site to which you went from the Site.
AnyRoad may storeautomatically-collected information itself or such information may be includedin databases owned and maintained by AnyRoad affiliates, agents, or serviceproviders. The Services may use automatically-collected information and pool itwith other information.
In operating the Services, we may use atechnology called “cookies.” A cookie is a piece of information that thecomputer that hosts our Services gives to your browser when you access theServices. Our cookies are persistent cookies and help provide additionalfunctionality to the Services and help us analyze Services usage moreaccurately. For instance, our Site may set a cookie on your browser that allowsyou to access the Services without needing to remember and then enter apassword more than once during a visit to the Site. On most web browsers, youwill find a “help” section on the toolbar. Please refer to this section forinformation on how to receive notifications when you are receiving a new cookieand how to turn cookies off. We recommend that you leave cookies turned onbecause they allow you to take advantage of some of the Service features.Further, our Service may use web beacons on our Site and in our communicationsto provide additional functionality to the Services and help us analyze usageof the Services more accurately. These web beacons may also track your IPaddress.
4. Location Information
Our Service may collect and use yourlocation information (for example, by using the GPS on your mobile device) toprovide certain functionality of our Service (“Location Data”). If you chooseto enable our location features, your Location Data may be publicly displayedwithin the Service. Please keep in mind that other users can see thisinformation about you, and they may use it or disclose it to other individualsor entities outside of our control and without your knowledge. Your LocationData may be subject to abuse, misuse, and monitoring by others, so please becareful if you choose to enable location functionality. We may also use yourLocation Data in an aggregate way, as described above in the “AggregatedPersonal Data” section.
5. Google Analytics
We may allow third party serviceproviders to use cookies or similar technologies to collect information aboutyour browsing activities over time and across different websites following youruse of the Services. For example, we use Google Analytics, a web analyticsservice provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies tohelp us analyze how users use the Site and enhance your experience when you usethe Service. The Purposes For Which We UseInformation About You
1. General
AnyRoad and its subsidiaries andaffiliates (the “Related Companies”) use the Personal Data and otherinformation you provide in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policyfor the following general purposes:
● To operate and make available the Site and theServices;
● To track, for example, the total number ofvisitors to our Site, the number of visitors to each page of our Site, and thedomain names of our visitors’ Internet service providers;
● For billing, identification and authentication,and fraud prevention;
● To analyze Site usage and improve our productsand the Site and Services;
● To contact you and deliver administrativenotices, marketing notifications and offers and communications relevant to youruse of our products and the Services via email, SMS, push notifications, orotherwise;
● To provide you with customer support;
● For internal market research, troubleshootingproblems, and detecting and protecting against error, fraud or other criminalactivity;
● To provide guidance to the businesses that areproviding the Offerings on how to improve the Offerings;
● To collect, receive or generate informationfrom or about you related to Offerings on behalf of the Customers providingsuch Offerings to you;
● To enforce our Terms and End User Terms;
● As otherwise set forth in this Privacy Policy
2. Advertising
AnyRoad and its affiliates may usePersonal Data to contact you in the future to tell you about services webelieve will be of interest to you. If we do so, each marketing communicationwe send you will contain instructions permitting you to “opt-out” of receivingfuture marketing communications. In addition, if at any time you wish not toreceive any future marketing communications or you wish to have your namedeleted from our mailing lists, please contact us as indicated below.
3. Analytics and Market Research
AnyRoad may analyze Personal Data andweb navigational data based on your interests and may use the analysis fromthis information (“Market Research”) in order to market the Site and Services,improve the Offerings provided to Visitors, improve the likelihood of a groupof Visitors attending an Offering, and increase the likelihood that an Offeringor a group’s experience with the Site and Services is relevant to Visitors.
AnyRoad uses data at the individuallevel to sell products and services to Visitors who express an interest inthese products and services, through a poll for example, or to Users who can bepresumed to have an interest based on results from our Market Research.
4. Mobile Services
AnyRoad may use your cell phone numberto call or text you in order to provide you notifications about tasks andreminders about the Offerings, for marketing purposes, and to administer theSite and Services. If you would like more information about our policy, or toopt-out, please review below or the “Mobile Services” section of our End Termsof Service, available at https://www.anyroad.com/end_user_terms or email privacy@anyroad.com. You may beliable for standard SMS and per-minute charges by your mobile carrier. Forusers of AnyRoad’s mobile application, we may also message you via “Push”messaging, which you can opt-out of on your mobile device. Data rates mayapply.
You can opt-out of receiving certainpromotional communications from AnyRoad sent via text message at any time byfollowing the instructions provided in text messages from AnyRoad to text theword, “STOP”. Please note that your opt-out is limited to the phone number usedand will not affect subsequent subscriptions. If you opt-out of only certaincommunications, other subscription communications may continue. Even if youopt-out of receiving promotional communications, AnyRoad may, subject toapplicable law, continue to send you non-promotional communications, such asthose about your account, transactions, servicing, or AnyRoad’s ongoingbusiness relations.
5. Financial Information
We use Financial Information solely asauthorized by you in accordance with this Privacy Policy in order for you touse the Services.
If AnyRoad intends on using any PersonalData in any manner that is not consistent with this Privacy Policy, you will beinformed of such anticipated use prior to or at the time at which the PersonalData is collected.
Our Disclosure of Your Personal Data
AnyRoad is not in the business ofselling Personal Data about you. We consider this information to be a vitalpart of our relationship with you. There are, however, certain circumstances inwhich we may share Personal Data about you with certain third parties withoutfurther notice to you, as set forth below:
1. Services
To operate the Services, we will shareyour Personal Data, such as name, age, address, and birthday, with thebusinesses with which you are purchasing or otherwise obtaining admission to anOffering. We may also share other Personal Data with such businesses in orderfor them to provide their Offerings to you and follow up with you on yourexperience at an Offering. If you opted-in to marketing communication, we mayshare your Personal Data with businesses that you’ve attended an Offering within order for them to send marketing communications to you. If you choose not toreceive further marketing communication, please contact the business from whichyou no longer wish to receive marketing communication. Further, your AggregatedPersonal Data, automatically collected information, and Location Data may beshared with the businesses with which you are choosing and/or attending anOffering in order for them to do research on improving the Offerings. Bychoosing and attending an Offering with such business partners, your PersonalData is also subject to their respective privacy policies.
2. Business Transfers
As we develop our business, we mightsell or buy businesses or assets. In the event of a corporate sale, merger,reorganization, dissolution, or similar event, Personal Data may be part of thetransferred assets. You acknowledge and agree that any successor to or acquirerof AnyRoad (or its assets) will continue to have the right to use your PersonalData and other information in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy.Further, AnyRoad may also disclose Aggregated Personal Data in order to describeour services to prospective acquirers or business partners.
3. Related Companies
We may also share your Personal Datawith our Related Companies for purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy.For instance, we use FullStory session reply to process your data, providefaster customer support, aid fixing bugs and improve your user experience.
4. Agents, Consultants, and RelatedThird Parties
AnyRoad, like many businesses, sometimeshires other companies to perform certain business-related functions, where wemay share Personal Data, Aggregated Personal Data, and automatically-collectedinformation. Examples of such functions include mailing information,maintaining databases, and processing payments. When we employ another entityto perform a function of this nature, we only provide them with the informationthat they need to perform their specific function.
5. Legal Requirements
AnyRoad may disclose your Personal Dataif required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action isnecessary to (i) comply with a legal obligation, (ii) protect and defend therights or property of AnyRoad, (iii) act in urgent circumstances to protect thepersonal safety of users of the Services or the public, or (iv) protect againstlegal liability.
Your Choices
If personal data covered by this PrivacyPolicy is to be used for a new purpose that is materially different from thatfor which the personal data was originally collected or subsequentlyauthorized, or is to be disclosed to a non-agent third party in a manner notspecified by this policy, AnyRoad will provide you with an opportunity tochoose whether to have your personal data so used or disclosed. Requests to optout of such uses or disclosures of Personal Data should be sent to us atprivacy@anyroad.com
Certain personal datasuch as information about medical or health conditions, racial or ethnicorigin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs is considered“Sensitive Personal Information.” AnyRoad will not collect or use SensitivePersonal Information from you throughout your use of the Site.
You can visit the Site without providingany Personal Data yourself. If you choose not to provide any Personal Data, youmay not be able to use certain Services. You may also opt-out of receivingcommunications from us, remove your information from our database, and choosenot to receive future communications unrelated to the Services (such as thoseabout your account, transactions, servicing, or AnyRoad’s ongoing businessrelations) by canceling your account; which you can do by contacting AnyRoad atprivacy@anyroad.com.
Further, if you register or attend anOffering or otherwise use any Services, we may occasionally contact you withinformation about special events, sales, activities, promotions, contests,submission opportunities, and programs. You always have the option to askAnyRoad not to contact you with this information again. If you receive anunsolicited email from an AnyRoad domain, please contact us at privacy@anyroad.com

You may submit a Request to Know viaemail to privacy@anyroad.com or, if you are a California resident, via https://app.anyroad.com/ccpa. The deliveryof our response may take place electronically or by mail. We are not requiredto respond to requests to know more than twice in a 12-month period.
2. Requests to Delete
You have the right to request that wedelete any Personal Data about you that we have collected. Upon receiving averified request to delete Personal Data, we will do so unless otherwiseauthorized by law. You may submit a request to delete Personal Data via emailto privacy@anyroad.com or, if you area California resident, via https://app.anyroad.com/ccpa.
3. Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent tomake requests on your behalf. You must provide an authorized agent with writtenpermission to submit a request on your behalf, and we may require that youverify your identity directly with us. Alternatively, an authorized agent thathas been provided power of attorney pursuant to Probate Code sections 4000-4465may submit a request on your behalf.
If you have provided information to usthrough an Offering, you should also direct your query for access, portabilityor any other rights to the Customer. If the Customer requests AnyRoad to removeor amend the data or to provide any other data rights, we will respond to theirrequest within a reasonable time in accordance with the provisions below inthis Privacy Policy and GDPR
4. Selling Personal Information
We do not sell and have not in the prior12 months sold, Personal Data about California residents. Therefore, we havenot included a “Do Not Sell My Personal Info” link on our Site. If ourpractices change, we will update this Privacy Policy and take any othernecessary action to comply with applicable law. We do, however, disclosePersonal Data for business purposes as described in the Our Disclosure of YourPersonal Data – section above.
5. Methods for Submitting ConsumerRequests and Our Response to Requests
You may submit a request to know andrequests to delete Personal Data about you via: privacy@anyroad.com or https://app.anyroad.com/ccpa.
Upon receipt of a request and in orderto protect your privacy and the security of Personal Data about you, we may askyou for additional information to verify your identity. Any additionalinformation you provide will be used only to verify your identity and not forany other purpose. We will acknowledge the receipt of your request within ten(10) days of receipt. Subject to our ability to verify your identity, we willrespond to your request within 45 days of receipt.
6. The Right to Non-Discrimination
You have the right not to bediscriminated against for the exercise of your California privacy rightsdescribed above.

Exclusions
This Privacy Policy does not apply toany Personal Data collected by AnyRoad other than Personal Data collectedthrough the Site and/or the Services. This Privacy Policy shall not apply toany unsolicited information you provide to AnyRoad through the Services orthrough any other means. This includes, but is not limited to, informationposted to any public areas of the Services, such as forums, any ideas for newproducts or modifications to existing products, and other unsolicitedsubmissions (collectively, “Unsolicited Information”). All UnsolicitedInformation shall be deemed to be non-confidential and AnyRoad shall be free toreproduce, use, disclose, and distribute such Unsolicited Information to otherswithout limitation or attribution according to the terms set forth in the “UserContent Transmitted Through the Service” section of the End User Terms.
Children
AnyRoad does not knowingly collectPersonal Data from children under the age of 16. If you are under the age of16, please do not submit any Personal Data through the Services. We encourageparents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s Internet usage and tohelp enforce our Privacy Policy by instructing their children never to providePersonal Data on the Services without their permission. If you have reason tobelieve that a child under the age of 16 has provided Personal Data to AnyRoadthrough the Services, please contact us, and we will endeavor to delete thatinformation from our databases.
Links to Other Web Sites
This Privacy Policy applies only to theServices. The Services may contain links to other websites not operated orcontrolled by AnyRoad (the “Third Party Sites”). The policies and procedures wedescribed here do not apply to the Third-Party Sites. The links from theServices do not imply that AnyRoad endorses or has reviewed the Third-PartySites. We suggest contacting those sites directly for information on theirprivacy policies.
Integrating Social Networking Services
One of the special features of theService is that it allows you to enable or log in to the Services via varioussocial networking services like Facebook or Twitter (“Social NetworkingService(s)”). By directly integrating these services, we make your onlineexperiences richer and more personalized. To take advantage of this feature, wewill ask you to log into or grant us permission via the relevant SocialNetworking Service. When you add a Social Networking Services account to theService or log into the Service using your Social Networking Services account,we will collect relevant information necessary to enable the Service to accessthat Social Networking Service and your data contained within that SocialNetworking Service. As part of such integration, the Social Networking Servicewill provide us with access to certain information that you have provided tothe Social Networking Service in accordance with your privacy settings for theSocial Networking Service, and we will use, store and disclose such informationin accordance with this Privacy Policy. However, please remember that themanner in which Social Networking Services use, store and disclose yourinformation is governed by the policies of such third parties, and AnyRoadshall have no liability or responsibility for the privacy practices or otheractions of any Social Networking Services that may be enabled within theService.
You may also have the option of postingyour Services activities to Social Networking Services when you access contentthrough the Services (for example, you may post to Facebook that you performedan activity on the Service); you acknowledge that if you choose to use thisfeature, your friends, followers and subscribers on any Social NetworkingServices you have enabled will be able to view such activity.
Security
AnyRoad takes reasonable steps toprotect the Personal Data provided via the Services from loss, misuse, andunauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, noInternet or email transmission is ever fully secure or error-free. In particular,emails sent to or from the Services may not be secure. Therefore, you shouldtake special care in deciding what information you send to us via email. Pleasekeep this in mind when disclosing any Personal Data to AnyRoad via theInternet.
Changes to AnyRoad’s Privacy Policy
The Services and our business may changefrom time to time. As a result, at times it may be necessary for AnyRoad tomake changes to this Privacy Policy. AnyRoad reserves the right to update ormodify this Privacy Policy at any time and from time to time without priornotice. Please review this policy periodically, and especially before youprovide any Personal Data. This Privacy Policy was last updated on the dateindicated above. Your continued use of the Services after any changes orrevisions to this Privacy Policy shall indicate your agreement with the termsof such revised Privacy Policy.
